OVERVIEW
"Development and evaluation of an innovative game-based preventive intervention for adolescents with increased risk for substance misuse and dependencies.
The goal of the project is to translate curricular content into engaging game mechanics on top of an educational roleplay gaming experience, which will blend the learning realities from school, home and job into an alternate reality setting." (Cologne Game Lab)
The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research and being developed in corporation with the following institutions: Cologne Game Lab, University of Amsterdam, and KatHo NRW.

- Writing dialogue for narrative intermissions
- Implementing dialogues in Unity

- Planning and conducting playtests with adolescents from clinical and non-clinical contexts, as well as professional game developers
